Summit Trackers

Terms of Use

Last updated October 20, 2026

These are the ground rules for using Summit Command. By signing in you agree to them. If something here doesn’t work for you, don’t sign in, and tell us why.

What this is

Summit Command is a tracking dashboard for people who sell insurance. It is run by Summit Life Financial LLC (“we”, “us”). It is currently offered by invitation as a pilot. Features can change, and we may pause or end the service.

Your account

You sign in with the Google account we invited. Keep it secure and don’t let anyone else use it. We can pause or remove access at any time, for example if the account is misused or the pilot ends. You can stop using the dashboard whenever you like.

Your data

What you put into your workspace belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the dashboard for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Download your data before you leave, because we may delete a workspace once access ends.

Your responsibilities

Numbers and AI are only as good as the inputs

Totals, costs per sale, commissions, chargebacks, persistency and at-risk flags are calculated from what you enter or import. They are not carrier records and may be wrong or out of date. Check them against your carrier statements before you rely on them for pay, taxes or decisions. AI features can misread a document or make mistakes. Always check what they produce before you save or act on it.

Not advice

Nothing in the dashboard or on summittrackers.com is tax, legal, financial or insurance advice, and nothing is a promise of income or results.

Availability

We aim to keep the dashboard running, but it depends on services run by others, including Google, and it may be unavailable at times. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty and limits on liability

The dashboard is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the dashboard in the twelve months before the claim, which for the pilot is nothing. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell dashboard users inside the dashboard. Using the dashboard after that means you accept the new terms.
